Compatibility
-------------
- Java Edition: YES
- Bedrock: YES (via .mcstructure file)
- Recommended versions: 1.20+ (tested on 1.21.x)
- Game mode: Survival or Creative

Quick install
-------------

Litematica (Java):
1) Copy the .litematic file into:
   .minecraft/schematics/
2) In-game, open Litematica’s menu and load "Medieval_House".
3) Position the schematic where you want it (ground level is recommended).
4) Build it layer by layer using the overlay as a guide.

WorldEdit (Java):
1) Copy the .schem file into:
   .minecraft/config/worldedit/schematics/
2) In-game, use:
/schem load Medieval_House
then:
/paste
3) Paste the house on a relatively flat area.
Tweak the terrain around it for a more natural look.

Bedrock (.mcstructure):
1) Copy the .mcstructure file into your world’s structure folder.
(Exact path depends on your platform / editor – check your editor or
   import tool documentation.)
2) From your editor or structure tool (e.g. /structure),
   load and place "Medieval_House".
3) Check ground level and adjust the terrain around the build if needed.

Usage tips
----------
- Terrain: the house is designed for mostly flat terrain.
You can add a small slope or dirt/gravel path for a more natural feel.
- Orientation: think about the direction of the main entrance
(path, village, town, etc.) before pasting the schematic.
- Interior: everything is already furnished. Feel free to customize
chests, crafting tables, furnaces, beds, bookshelves and details to
  match your playstyle.
- Lighting: make sure the interior and roof areas are well lit in survival
to prevent mob spawns (torches/lanterns recommended).
- Integration: the house works great as:
  - a starter base,
  - a villager or town house,
  - a decorative house in a medieval / fantasy village.

Troubleshooting
---------------
- Misaligned with ground:
Check the paste anchor (Y level too high or too low).
Undo (or restore a backup) and paste again at the correct height.
- Missing / unknown blocks:
If you use a version older than 1.20, some blocks may be missing or
replaced. Update your version or manually replace those blocks.
- Rotation issues:
Some directional blocks (stairs, doors, trapdoors, etc.) can look odd
if you change rotation when pasting. Fix them manually or paste the
  structure without rotation.
- Bedrock differences:
Depending on the tool used to import the structure, some decorative
blocks may behave slightly differently. Always quickly check the
  interior after placement.
